• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients must inform us before treatment of any children, pets, pregnant individuals, or persons with allergies or medical sensitivities present on the premises.

• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Hefty Pesty Solutions' liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by applicable South African law.
