Although our treatments are highly effective, no pest control treatment can guarantee the permanent elimination of pests, as reinfestation may occur due to factors beyond our control, including neighbouring properties, environmental conditions, structural defects, sanitation practices, and seasonal pest activity.Treatment DurationA professionally completed Full Fumigation provides long-lasting residual protection that may remain effective for up to six (6) months, depending on the type of pest, level of infestation, environmental conditions, and adherence to the aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.SafetyWhen applied by our trained technicians in accordance with the product manufacturer's instructions, our treatments are intended to be safe for use around children and pets. Customers must advise Hefty Pesty Solutions before treatment of any known allergies, medical conditions, sensitivities, aquariums, exotic pets, or other special circumstances that may require additional precautions.Customer ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the best possible results, customers agree to:Provide safe and unrestricted access to all treatment areas.Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided by our technicians.Maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness and property maintenance to reduce the likelihood of future infestations.Failure to comply with these requirements may affect the effectiveness of the treatment.Once-Off ServicesOnce-off treatments are designed to address the pest activity present at the time of service only. They do not include ongoing preventative treatments, maintenance visits, or future pest control services unless specifically agreed to in writing.Membership ServicesCustomers enrolled in a Hefty Pesty Solutions Membership receive scheduled preventative treatments and related benefits in accordance with the terms of their selected membership plan. Membership benefits are subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.Limitation of LiabilityHefty Pesty Solutions shall not be held liable for:Reinfestations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Untreated areas that were inaccessible during the service.Damage or reduced treatment effectiveness caused by a customer's failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions.Delays or cancellations resulting from adverse weather, power outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.Customer SatisfactionCustomer satisfaction is important to us.
