Service Description
Our Once-Off Full Fumigation is designed for customers who require immediate pest control without committing to a monthly membership. A qualified technician will carry out a comprehensive treatment of your property using professional-grade pest control products to eliminate existing infestations and reduce pest activity. Your Once-Off Treatment Includes: Full inspection of the affected areas. Professional fumigation targeting common household pests, including cockroaches, ants, spiders, fleas, silverfish, and other crawling insects. Treatment of key indoor and outdoor areas where pests are commonly found. Expert recommendations to help prevent future infestations. A service report outlining the treatment completed.
Cancellation Policy
Hefty Pesty Solutions – Booking Policy To ensure efficient service and timely appointments, all bookings are subject to the following policy: Advance Bookings: Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Hefty Pesty Solutions via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Access to Property: Clients must ensure our technicians have safe and unrestricted access to all treatment areas at the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the treatment being forfeited (for members) or a cancellation fee for once-off services. Missed Appointments: If our technician is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be regarded as a missed booking and may count as one of the allocated treatments under your membership. Membership Clients: Members are entitled only to the number of treatments included in their selected package, unless subscribed to an unlimited plan. Service Areas: Bookings are available within our designated service areas. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard coverage. Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any known hazards, pets, or special access requirements before the appointment. Right to Refuse Service: Hefty Pesty Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for treatment.
