Cancellation Policy

Hefty Pesty Solutions – Booking Policy To ensure efficient service and timely appointments, all bookings are subject to the following policy: Advance Bookings: Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Hefty Pesty Solutions via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Access to Property: Clients must ensure our technicians have safe and unrestricted access to all treatment areas at the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in the treatment being forfeited (for members) or a cancellation fee for once-off services. Missed Appointments: If our technician is unable to gain access to the property at the scheduled time, the appointment will be regarded as a missed booking and may count as one of the allocated treatments under your membership. Membership Clients: Members are entitled only to the number of treatments included in their selected package, unless subscribed to an unlimited plan. Service Areas: Bookings are available within our designated service areas. Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our standard coverage. Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any known hazards, pets, or special access requirements before the appointment. Right to Refuse Service: Hefty Pesty Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service where conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for treatment.
